First – Your candidate will participate in a qualifying consultation with McKinley Leadership

Next – We give you the news that your candidate qualifies and you will engage McKinley Leadership to begin

Then – Your participant will complete two leadership assessment tools, and undergo the series of stakeholder, coaching and alignment sessions in the program.

Finally - We will conduct a wrap up and review session where it will be determined if, as we promise, your objectives for this special individual have been met
